I came out to ride with a friend who is a regular Sunnyside customer. Due to a shipping snafu, the bike didn’t arrive on time. In a wonderful gesture of kindness, the Sunnyside repair shop turned around the unboxing and assembly of the bike in time for us to ride the next morning. The head mechanic actually stayed late to make sure that we were able to ride. I’ve been cycling 45 years and dealt with enough shops to recognize extraordinary service. Oh, and the bike was perfect. Thank you Sunnyside, you have a great shop and a great team.
