Everyone there was great! The lady that answered the phone was really helpful and genuinely seemed interested in getting me the right info. The tech (Chris I think) was super knowledgeable and helpful. For context, I’d damaged the crank on a new bike and instead of just selling me a new one they repaired it at a fraction of the cost. I also had my bike tuned up and the tires switched to tubeless for a very reasonable price.
