I have lived in Bend since 1989 and this was surprisingly the first time I have ever been to Sunnyside! Bill was amazing. He helped set up my new Trek and my partner's new Trek very quickly! Friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all he wasn't pushy or sales-y. Just a great salt of the earth kind of guy and the vibe was great in the store. I'll be shopping at Sunnyside from here on out. Client for life!

Sometimes I think Sunnyside sports is the last company on earth that actually cares about its customers. Sometimes after I get off the phone with my insurance company, or the bank, or TDS, AT&T, etc., I go to Sunnyside just to hang out and wash all the negative service vibes off of me. 😊
