The saleswoman was great in helping me look at all the choices.
Prices were good and the bike i chose had to be ordered and arrived right on schedule.
It was a very positive shopping experience and im glad i went to Sunrise Cycle.
I always am impressed how the mechanics try to help you out. I recently, while on a ride, had a flat tire. I walked the bike 3 miles to Sunrise Cycles. They put a tube in and I was back on the road in about 10 minutes.
Great staff, great service.
Prompt service, not a wait like other places, for flat tires, and simple fixes. Cathy, Joe, & staff are outstanding. Never overpriced. Worth a trip from 5 miles every time for me, plenty of places between for me, but worth the trip. Any malfunction, they fix, no charge. Plus nice it'
s a Mom/Pop shop, rare today, and Cathy's husband has a great upper grade bike place in Lindy, if looking for such. Was never disappointed in all years of service.
Friendly and knowledgeable tuning my bike. Answered my questions. Also, I travel over an hour to use Sunrise because they have a policy if only using tork wrenches on carbon fiber bikes to avoid inadvertently cracking the frame.
My son says that everything in the store looked clean and was in good shape. He liked how kathy took the time to speak with him and explain everything.
There's a reason to go with mom and pop style businesses and its evident here.
I was in the store to get a gift card and the sales person was very nice. She put it in a nice black box with a gold ribbon. My son complimented on how nice it looked in the box. I didn't have a chance to look around the store, maybe next time.
