We fill as though we are very important to the superior plus they never let us down and the work with us in making payment arrangements on our account until we are able to get caught up.
Product has been showing up on a more than timely basis this season. The individual in particular who delivered fuel the last two times is the nicest gentleman and very careful with the delivery as our filler is right on a concrete porch on the front of our home. If a call had to be placed for any reason (service, pricing etc.) there is not much of a wait if any. Fortunately, the price I locked into earlier in the year seems to be very competitive with what is being offered in the market. I've had it work the other way, but not to any great degree. I hope to continue my long term relationship with Superior next season. I will be calling in soon as I need a repair done to a mixing valve on the boiler(summer/winter which makes our hot water ).
