I moved into my house in 2014. Not once have I had any problems. If I have questions with my bill, I just call up and talk to one of the nice ladies, and problem solved. I've used other companies, and so far, Superior Plus is just that... SUPERIOR.
Service is normally great but I am still fighting for the credit needed for a price problem for my heating propane. I have been charged cooking propane charge for my heating tank.
One driver that was employed with Suburban prior - is rude, and involves himself in other’s business when he has no idea what is fact or has nothing to with him. The billing department is very nice and helpful but the bills themselves usually not accurate the first time. Otherwise a very good company and I do recommend to anyone.
