Working with Superior Oil has been a wonderful experience. I was skeptical about the process being that it was for a college rental only. But the online capabilities to receive and pay bills was very convenient. And the office staff was friendly, responsive extremely helpful in answering questions and servicing my account. I called first thing in the morning after discovering a puddle of fuel under my tank. Brenda sent Ron out immediately and the tank was quickly patched. I followed up with Brenda to schedule a tank replacement. She was wonderful, Brenda handled the scheduling and tank insurance, she made the entire process so accommodating and customer focused. I've always come to rely and trust in Superior, and their long-standing team prior to the Superior name. However, Brenda and Ron far exceeded my expectations of service and customer care...they deserve special recognition.
