I recently had the smell of propane coming from the area of our 500 gallon tank. They quickly scheduled the service and did not hesitate to replace the tank when they discovered that that was the issue. Even though they could have probably fixed it they went all the way and put a new tank in place. That is consistent with the quality of service I've received from them over the years.
Great people to deal with, but I have been a customer FOREVER. Because of being a good customer, a forever customer, and likely having paid for my tank rental with increased propane prices, i wish Superior could give me a premium rate. I call each year - the manager I have dealt with I understand retired. He was good and seemed to be responsive to my requests. As I told him before he retired I am a cancer patient and don’t want to go through the hassle of moving to another supplier, having to pull (your) tank, etc. Thanks for listening. I dislike the fact that I'm required to use a certain amount of propane a year or I'll get charged with a tank rental fee. Unfortunately, it's difficult for my wife and I to go through 40 lbs of propane a year using only the range oven. However, when I reached out regarding the fee, the company was more than willing to work with me. I appreciate the exceptional customer service. The fee was waived despite being under 40 lbs, and the company came out within a week to provide a 38 lb refill.
