We had a quite unusual delivery problem involving our secondary residence (a log home) in the mountains of Northern Pennsylvania. Since the residence is not occupied fir at least 50% of the time we have a locked gate at the end if our driveway. This past Winter, in the ice and snow a young girl slid down the road and substantially damaged the gate. We got it to the point where it could be closed and opened, but with a tad of ingenuity, and we were running low on propane. Without going into more detail one of your customer service folks by the name of Shelly Carl developed and solution to our dilemma. She was great - sure wish we could deal with her all the time for our propane needs.
You have always been dependable. We moved from Cogan Station to Hughesville, and you took good care of us. You answer questions, monitor our supply, and automatically refill us when needed. I had a question, and the driver quickly got in his truck, checked on our account and found the answer for me right away.
Your associates servicing my account are always very personable, check to see if I have any questions or concerns and has has the heating been working as expected.
They're respectful of the property, work efficiently, and inform me with a smile the amount of propane I received before handing me the delivery receipt..................and best of all.............. after I've seen the billing, they pick me up out of the snow to make sure I'm OK and get in the house alright !!!!!
