When I have an issue I calll and I you respond promptly.. Weekends are not a problem, someone always responds.
Deliveries are always on time. I don’t have to wonder if tank is getting low, Superior is taking care of me.
Overall, I like the convenience of being a will-call customer with Superior Plus Propane. The staff is friendly and delivery is within a reasonable amount of time after the order is placed.
With that said, I think it is interesting that the day after I have a delivery of propane on 3/12/26, I receive an email from Superior Plus Propane (on 3/13/2026) advertising $0.15 cents off per gallon and a waiver of the delivery fee when I place an order by March 23, 2026. So, what I need here is a clarification: Does my invoice on 3/12/26 (Invoice Number[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]3) reflect this offer, or have I missed out on an opportunity of saving money on the delivery of propane?

There are a lot of negative reviews about this company, and I think it's the lack of communication during the ordering process. Example, I called and placed an order when the propane dropped below 30%. Usually, delivery is within a week of calling but this took about 3 weeks due to back logged deliveries from previous storms. A simple email would've sufficed or a call to let the customers know there will be a delay. Now I was basically on 5% when they delivered BUT they came on a Sunday afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. Their prices aren't very competitive with smaller family-owned businesses. Customer service needs some work on better communication to their customers. I was told when I run out, they will schedule an emergency delivery, and they wanted to know what other means of heat my home had. It's really none of their business what other forms of heat my home uses. Was this to delay deliveries and put others at the top of the list? Maybe they have one driver and one truck in any given area? That's all fine but COMMUNICATE!
They even canceled a delivery I had scheduled because they said I still had enough propane. Never called me or emailed me to tell me of the cancelation. I called to inform them their Wifi meter wasn't working properly, and I am in fact low on propane. They never fixed it, instead just shut that feature off.
We heat with propane & with Superior we have never had any problems. I send a request & the truck is there in enough time. Great customer service! A+++
