We have been using Superior Plus Propane since 2020 and have had a great experience since. They set us up with their tanks until our property was ready for a 1000 gal buried tank. We had Superiors crew come out and do that install and plumbing as well, again great job. Deliveries have always been timely given they monitor our tanks 24/7. Our whole family uses Superior. We own a site development company and we use Superior on many new installs for that as well. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The online sign-up process is straight forward, which makes it very easy to pay the bill and customer service was very responsive when I had questions. They are even the cheapest for propane I found around.

We are very happy with the service provided by Superior Propane. The staff at the Coxsackie office is wonderful and very helpful should we call with any questions. We have a monitor on our tank, and when the delivery truck is in the area servicing someone else's tank, the driver comes here to service ours too and fills it up. The pricing right now is reasonable for what is going on in our country, although we wish it could be a little bit lower, but we understand what is going on these days.
