Friendly and professional customer service and delivery people. Automatic delivery, so we never feel we will run out. Online billing and payments are convenient. One comment about the contract period. The contract ends annually on April 30th. Deliveries made after April 30th and before the new contract renewal are billed at the retail? rate, a rate that is sometimes double or more. Although those bill(s) are adjusted when the next contract is signed it is a bit of a nutty maker!
