I have been with superior plus since 1994 and I’m also on a will call account of my choosing. When I call for a fill up, they will ask what fuel percentage is remaining in my tank and deliver accordingly and in the timeframe that they specify. They will also do their best to give me their best possible price for that delivery.
First time in all the years we’ve had Superior/ Griffith that I ran out of propane. I called at 9:15 Monday morning and I had the delivery at 10:30. Only thing I didn’t like was the $100 charge for a leak test because the tank was empty.
My driveway was blocked because of eternal snow we have had and you still managed to deliver my propane. As a little old lady who lives alone this was much appreciated
I've been with Superior for 22+ years and have never run out of propane! Deliveries are timely, they typically offer 3 options to a price to pay, budget billing is offered to better plan for my own budget and if ever I have had to call, I am always treated courteously and my questions answered promptly. I may be able to get a cheaper price elsewhere, but that might be only for 1 year and then the price goes up. I choose to stay where I am due to the reliability of Superior!!
Been very good for 30 years but didn’t fill out tank on schedule last fall so we just ran out of propane for hot water. They were good about filling quickly after we called.
