Friendly staff, no judgment, I feel comfortable coming in despite being so out of shape, which is great because I know I can lose it again now that I've found help with my mental roadblocks! It is always clean and your app was what sold me originally, you guys offered so much to non-members already with free workouts and stuff, I was happy to support that! And I haven't even scratched the surface of the perks of being a black card holder yet, you guys rock!

At Planet Fitness in Surprise , you're greeted by a friendly staff. A fun cast of characters I've had the pleasure of getting to know. 😉 The gym here is fully equipped. The equipment is maintained and never " out of order ". I watch the night crew working hard to scrub the place down. The codt is totally doable. Hydro massage is heavenly. Here , you can be yourself w/o those feelings of not being good enough. And that's a beautiful thing!

It’s simple, while it’s busy it’s still not crowded and I can’t remember waiting for equipment. That’s probably due to the aforementioned “simple” - a gym less likely to attract the gym rats who like all the bells and whistles more than the workout…

Like PF but wish the paper towels and cleaning spray were kept full to use after working out on the machines. Also need to check that machines are working properly. Reported one of the rowing machines (with the water wheel) wasn't displaying the amount of time that you were rowing for and the foot straps were not put on the correct way in order to adjust them. This was at the PF in Surprise Az. Also the Hydro Massage Lounges/Beds were missing the head pillows.
