We worked with Susan and Maria for a number of months before we were able to get our condo on the market. There were several issues with the basement that needed to be addressed before we could list. Susan and Maria moved ahead with as much as they were able, so the condo went on the market right after the repairs were completed. And to our amazement, we had a great offer within a few days. Their communication along the way and prompt response to any questions were impressive. They made what seemed overwhelming at first easy to handle. They earned our trust from the beginning, and we would definitely recommend them.

Susan provided superb service. The process of selling my home was explained thoroughly and effectively from the beginning. Pictures taken were first rate professional quality. They made my home look like the Taj Mahal both inside and out. I was given much information so that I could choose the selling price. The first day listed I had 6 showings and 3 offers . My home sold for more than the asking price. The steps leading up to closing were clearly explained. Closing was smooth. I was extremely pleased with the whole process of selling my home. I would gladly use Susan again. She was very easy to work with and was always on top of things. She made selling my place an easy task. Susan was "calm in storm". During the entire process, Susan was calm throughout the entire journey. This house was occupied for 25 years and the last four years there was little maintenance. This meant the house needed a fair amount of work to clean, paint and prepare. While my mother lived in the house, as her son I managed the process from another state over the course of four months. We simply could not have sold the house without Susan's guidance and expertise. She gave us all the insight we needed plus offered a clear and calm voice throughout the entire process. When we were stressed, she provided clear guidance and walked us through the process. She was kind and knowledgeable - there's no question we picked the right realtor. Without a doubt, Susan was key to the entire process. It was a very positive experience.

Susan is a WONDERFUL real estate agent. She was infinitely helpful and patient throughout the entire home buying process, from spending the time to learn exactly what kind of home we were looking for, to seeing countless homes with us and taking the time to point out all of the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision, to advising us the best way to make an offer in this crazy, competitive market. Buying a new home can be extremely stressful, but Susan did everything she could to help make it as painless as possible. Susan Flynn is very thorough and followed thru on any open issues. Was happy with final sale price and time it took to sell the Condo. Was not happy with the Title company (Sellers side); initial information requested in the begining conflicted with what they required at closing. Cashiers check was not made out to the correct trust name.
