Susan has been great to work with and she manages to make everything seem so seamless. She knows how to reassure you that your home is ready for the market and gives you pointers about what to do to make sure it shows its best features. She is knowledgeable about the current real estate market and I am confident she will help me get the best price for today's market. She also helped us find our new home and without her guidance, I'm not sure we would have made it to closing. There were some tricky dealings with the seller and I felt like Susan shielded us from them while always remaining professional and confident we were going to be able to close the deal. I used Susan when I originally moved to Ann Arbor in 2016 and was so happy with her services, I reached out again when it was time to upgrade to a new place. I absolutely think she is the best.

I have had the pleasure of working with Susan and Ren Snyder. They helped us facilitate the purchase of our first house. They were always able to find us multiple options, give us their professional opinion on what they thought when we needed it, and remain patient to look at many houses until we found the one. Besides their thoughtful, one of their best qualities is that they don't just see you as a buyer or seller and are done with you. They care about that relationship and will assist even after the process where you might need it. They have helped give us much peace of mind regarding the whole homeowner process and life.
