The owners product and service knowledge is second to none. Jason is also very friendly and takes time with his customers. He also never pushes any product or service on you like other shops. If you need something for your bike he will be honest and actually explain why you need something or not. It's a pleasure doing business with him.

Jason takes the time to listen to what you are trying to accomplish riding and then steers you in that direction. No pressure, no pushing, and with some of my older bikes a whole bunch of creativity. Local bike shops give you service and take care of you. That's worth so much more than saving a buck online and I suspect if I compared, there would not be a noticeable difference. Plus what website will stop everything to fix a spoke for you and get you back on the road?
