Jason is remarkable, and has great knowledge of all things bikes and his craft in general. He really listens to his clients to understand their needs, and uses that info to make the best recommendations for everything from general maintenance and minor repairs to a complete bike makeover and upgrade. He does all this at a fair price, and is just a terrific, nice guy who's fun to talk to. Highest recommendation!!!

Jason went above and beyond to accommodate me in a pinch. I knew I needed rear brakes, and he also recognized that I needed front brakes as well. He also took the time to make 2 other minor adjustments which could have been done at another time, and would have saved him time, but were better and safer for me. While he worked we had a very pleasant conversation throughout the entire experience. I had a time crunch, and he made it happen, and took my bike for a safety spin to make sure all was well before sending me safely on my way. I highly recommend Sussex Bike and Sport for all your biking needs, for both the beginner as well as the experienced rider.

Best Bike Store Ever! Jason is great. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to educate you on all your bike and equipment related options at various price points so you can make the best decision for your budget. Turnaround time for repairs has always been faster than I expected. I recommend Sussex Bike & Sport Shop to everyone.

Sussex Bike and Sport Shop is THE Bike shop I have been going to since 2010. Jason and his crew are knowledgeable about bikes, gear, and accessories, yet what I find more important is that they are super friendly and actually fun to work with and purchase from. Get your new bike or rebuild/refurb your current bike with them. You wont regret it.
