I have only ever worked out at home, never in a gym. The trainer has respectfully pointed out many incorrect movements that I have been making during workout sessions. I have been able to adapt to the adjustments for a correct form, which has been making time between sessions easier on my recovery. I sort of feel enthusiastic about working out now.
NANCY MATA WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT WITH ME AS I TRIED TO REMEMBER EVERYTHING, EACH TIME. 😅 SHE TAUGHT ME NEW EXERCISES THAT ARE BEST FOR ME AT AGE 87. I AM GRATEFUL FOR HER KIND, GENTLE WAY. I AM VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND HER.
