The environment felt clean and relaxing. The amenities were great with the wet clothes bag, timer for the cold plunge and Bluetooth music and TV. The shower was really nice to be able to go on with your day afterwards without having to go home and shower makes it really easy to go back and not take up a lot of your day. Ivy was great to help me and my wife sign up with a membership. All around great experience and already referred some family to go.

I love the people who work there, everyone is very kind. But also the privacy is so nice! I like that you have access to the TV to play whatever music you want, I love the benefits of the sauna, cold plunge, and Vitamin shower. Something I would want to do everyday if I could!

I love the concept and so I wanted to try it out. I like how everything is in one room. After my visit I went home and I took a nap, I felt so relaxed like all my tension just went away. I was under alot of stress for two weeks and I was so tense and my body ached and I knew this would help and it by far exceeded my expectations. My daughter has extreme excema and she came with and she loved the feel of skin after one session,
