The customer service was fabulous! CARRIE IS THE BEST AND THE OWNER MOLLY is RAD. The place is clean and modern with CLASS and style! I took my daughter there in the BIG room for PT in handicap accessible room for her ankle, sauna and cold plunge helped her so much with inflammation and helped her broken ankle heal fast! Same with my son who had a dislocated and broken elbow! It was perfect for recovery and got their heart rates elevated in healthy ways while needing rest! It was SO NEAT to see how fast they recovered doing Sweathz routine!

I love that I can do my therapy alone instead of having to sit with strangers. I can meditate and focus. I can also see how much inflammation it takes away and know how relaxed I feel after going. I’m starting to love the process.

The whole experience was amazing!! The customer service is top notch, answered any and all of my questions. Gave me a complete run down of how everything works! Showed me my room and walked through how all the settings worked. The room was large and spacious and I LOVED alternating from the sauna to a quick rinse to the cold plunge and back again. Everything was super clean and they provide towels and mats to step on. I left feeling so good and can’t wait to go back!
