I loved that the sauna was already hot when I arrived, and I loved the front desk, service people. They were also friendly, and super fun to talk with. I also loved the privacy of each of the rooms. I could move from space to space when I felt ready, and it just went so smoothly. I’ve often thought about getting a cold plunge in my house or installing a sauna, but as I was attending my first session, I realized how affordable it is to come and experience the sauna at SweatHouz and I don’t have to do all the upkeep! Also, I have a total hip replacement in my left hip, and I have found that the infrared sauna is the only thing that helps it.
