I’ve never done something like this so it was all very new. The entire experience was nice but most was the sauna. I walked in feeling very tense and walked out completely relaxed. I will definitely be returning.

It was incredibly nice to unplug for an hour in the middle of a work day, and relax/refresh in the sauna and cold plunge. Will definitely do this more often!
