Private rooms , thorough explanation about the benefits. I did not end up doing the cold plunge yet but the sauna and the vitamin C shower were amazing - and I felt great the next morning. I will definitely return! My client told me about this place and this is why I decided to try it .

Customer Service was fine. I used the red light therapy for my shoulder and fine line wrinkles. We will see if there are improvements after a few sessions.
