Ari was fabulous showing me around the spa before service. Love the scented cold cloths they work great with sauna. PLUNGE yes it's difficult but so worth it. I have RA and what a relief.

I was greeted upon entry. I was shown around and they git me set up with the sauna. I loved the sauna experience. The TV and shower afterwards was perfect. The cold plunge was amazing as well. I overall enjoyed my experience and am looking at ways to incorporate it into my fitness routine.
