The sauna! Just what I needed. The shower was nice too. The space overall was comfortable and inviting. Also liked connecting on Bluetooth to play my music. Very relaxing experience

I love the new upgrades. It allows me to go back-and-forth multiple times rather than having two separate bookings. The hour is the perfect time I feel I can do this cold plunge a little bit better as it feels like it’s easier to get into I think or maybe because it’s lit. It seems more inviting anyways thanks for saving my body while I’m in town.

Just everything from the amazing customer service to the first time experiencing the sauna and the cold bath I have joint pain, restless legs, and bursitis in my hips. I really want to get better so the receptionist educated me on the cold bath so I will be visiting again.
