It was my first time to SweatHouz and I can't wait to return. The calm from the minute of walking in the door was wonderful. Everything is scented which was a nice pampering. And I LOVED the cold plunge. Felt refreshed afterwards. Thanks for the great time.

I absolutely loved my visit as Sweathouz Mosaic. I came across Mosaic when my regular location, Pike + Rose, was fully booked for the day. I got a full tour, and I always love seeing the variations in different Sweathouz locations. I loved the lavender cold compress, and I got a beautiful black marble suite for my contrast therapy session. The two associates were lovely, and the overall serene atmosphere was greatly appreciated upon entering. I look forward to experiencing Mosaic again sometime soon!

Our attendant was lovely and welcoming and patient. The facility is very clean. We appreciate the extra towels and shower cap and face wipes. It elevated the experience.
