I’ve been to SweatHouz Old Town multiple times and I do love it. Not sure much the front staff - but the space itself. The saunas are super spacious. The rooms are well designed. Having the water dispenser at the front is great and the cold towels are great. I’ve tried other businesses that offer cold contrast therapy but SweatHouz is my favorite.

Atmosphere was great and the cold plunge and sauna was even better. The Aux in the sauna did not work though, and the tv was extremely slow. Other than that it was a great experience.
