I like the quality of the equipment. Sauna gets hot fast and the cold plunge remained cool. I also liked being able to control the Tv, time can feel slow, and being able to personalize the experience was the best part to create comfort.

I really, really enjoy Sweat House!! Today, I went to the Old Town location. The employee was attentive, friendly, and it appeared as if he enjoyed his job. I did make a minor observation though. I was the very first client of the day, but I noticed a discarded makeup remover package, and wipe inside the waste basket. It’s not a big deal, it just made me pause and wonder about sanitation. But as I stated, that was very minor. I am hooked, I will continue to visit.
