SweatHouz has been the best addition to my life! I love the cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff and hot/cold experience and the luxurious shower. My girlfriends and I come in every Sunday together in the big suite instead of going to drink mimosas! It’s amazing. I feel better managing stress as a result of the sessions. My joint inflammation has also decreased. I have only good things to say about SeeatHouz!

Brendan and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable …and not just about Sweathouz but also about the surrounding area. I’m from Atlanta and was unfamiliar with the Chicago area and he made me feel right at home . The facility was super clean and well maintained. My only suggestion was this location needs a red light therapy light at the beauty bar (the Atlanta sandy springs location has one and i love that perk) it’s great for a little bonus red light exposure while getting ready afterwards. Also i loved that yall have an AIRSTRAIGHT DYSON hair straightener at the beauty bar.. that was a huge bonus since most locations only have just the standard dyson hair dryer . Anyways 10 out of 10. And Brendan needs a raise ;))
