Overall excellent facilities. Very clean with a helpful and informative staff. I wasn’t sure if the shower in the cold plunge room was available for use after the plunge, but I could have asked as well. Having a shower right after the sauna was fantastic, just wasn’t sure whether to change into clean clothes before the plunge or not.

Walking into SweatHouz is always a relaxing experience and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. One staff member in particular Kate is awesome. She always welcomes with a smile and even has my favorite rain sounds playing when I arrive. She’s very thoughtful and goes above and beyond. Love SWTHZ!

What a wonderful experience, from the moment I walked in. Each room was explained in great detail with exactly what health benefit I will be getting out…. Cold Plunge, Sauna, Vitamin C shower etc. Will definitely be back!

Very courteous and accommodating staff, simple straightforward service and clean Very nice extra amenities completely got rid of soreness that I was feeling for the past couple while I had to stop myself from immediately signing up for long-term service. But likely will anyway!
