Sauna is excellent for detoxing metal toxins etc, I really felt energized after my experience. I’d prefer the red light therapy to resemble a tanning bed for more comfort.

The manager was so gracious and went out of his way to create a positive experience for myself and friends. The environment was relaxing, clean and comfortably appointed. The sauna, vitamin c shower & the cold water plunge resulted in a refresh/relaxed body. 🥰 Vanneise
