The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The sauna itself is very clean, and I really appreciated having a private shower right in the suite. They also provide all the essentials—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—and even have a blow dryer available, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to relax!

Cleanliness and friendly front desk. Sauna was great and liked the Bluetooth feature for listening to music. I did have a slight concern about my door as it didn’t seam to lock but I think my privacy was fine.

I liked the privity of the sauna suites and ability to shower down afterwards. Just couldn’t get the lighting to work correctly in my suite. The staff was friendly at Preston Hollow and so I appreciate that as well.
