I really like all the simple amenities that really make your expierience. Little things like a TV while you’re in the sauna, spray deodorant, hair ties, compression towel, etc.

I appreciated how the employees welcomed me into the facility, and then thoroughly explained the process to me. I also loved the infrared sauna and the cold plunge combination which allowed me to feel really good afterwards and then great the next morning!
