Brook was amazing and the facility is immaculate and first class. My only comment would be the sauna took quite a while to get from 130 to 160. I had Brook put 160 as my preference for my next session

I would have liked to have set my sauna temperature before the visit. The sauna was only 150 and I was told I could adjust it up to 175. I did so at the beginning of the session but it never got above 160 in the hour we were there.

The sauna was relaxing, peaceful and CLEAN! The cold plunge was shocking and amazing invigorating at the same time. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and alert! The experience was better than we could have hoped for.

I loved the private rooms, the features and the flexibility of getting ready afterwards. The amount of towels supplied were enough. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner were literally the best smelling ever. Very happy with the experience.
