I like the cleanliness and privacy of the room as well as the general experience of having 60 minutes to myself. It's nice to have a large clock so that I can time my cold plunge as well as known how much time I have left and budget accordingly. It is also great to have a lot of fresh towels that I don't have to pick up or put in the laundry. Generally, it's an all-around nice escape and the only place I've been able to unplug completely and ignore who might be contacting me or what might need my attention. I keep my phone in my bag and don't even feel tempted to look at it.
