My experience there was amazing. I was fortunate enough to meet two of the owner’s and they were awesome. They explained the positives of the sauna and cold plunge to where I had an understanding of it all as it was my first experience. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the owners for being friendly and giving me a great first impression.

The entire experience was amazing! Jen showed me around before I started and gave me recommendations on what to do with my time! She was super friendly and extremely helpful! 10/10 going again. Everything was very clean and so relaxing. It truly made me feel very refreshed! It was much needed.
