It was different and something to definitely tell others about. It does leave you feeling relaxed. One suggestion, please put handle bars in the shower and tub. Also, the shower floor and when you come out of the tub is very slippery. Thankfully my husband was with me or else I would not have been able to get into the tub and into the shower. Other than these few concerns, it was a nice experience.

I loved every aspect. The front desk team was incredible, they helped me get acclimated to the sign in process and during the orientation to the room they were incredibly helpful to understand heat levels to start and how to adjust temperature and lighting - what to expect and then next steps to the shower and cold plunge. I want everyone I know to have this experience.
