Rain or (Reign not sure of the spelling) was awesome. As a first time visitor to Sweathouz, she walked me thru the process and how to get the most benefit from the 60 minute session. Sauna, shower, and cold plunge were so good after completing a 5K walk/run for charity. Would definitely do it again. 10/10!!!

Emma listened and made my first time there very nice. What I'd like to see: A swim suit water extractor, a machine to drop the swim suit in, with the top down it dries the suit almost completely. The tubs would be nice if they had a ridge that runs about ½ way around from hip area to hip around the head about a ⅓ of the way down from the top. This would allow those of us that like to have our heads only out of the water a place to rest arms while submerged and then the same ridge or ledge could be used when getting out of the water to place one hand then the other on the top to assist in getting out of the tub. My home tub has the ridge. It really is nice.
