I liked having the private sauna suite to share this experience with my girlfriend for the first time. I was disappointed that the sauna temperature did not get higher than $139°. This was our first session and we were told not to touch the control panel other than to adjust the temperature if necessary. I did not realize until 3/4 into our session that you had to manually turn on the infrared lights from the control panel and then I realized there was other lighting settings available on the control panel as well. It would have been helpful if the front desk attendant was more knowledgeable in the operation of the sauna and had explained how to turn on the infrared lighting in the beginning. I also recall seeing on your website that the sauna gets 170° but ours never went over 139 °

I loved the privacy and the cleanliness. It felt very clean. I would recommend better shampoo and conditioner so it felt more luxurious. And maybe a luxurious body lotion in the room for after shower.

My experience was wonderful. Was my first time doing Cold Plunge . I hate cold water but I wanted to try , no regrets. My skin was amazing , and my brain was more focus . Just try ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great experience. I was nervous about the cold water plunge because I never did it before, but I really enjoyed it. I felt very relaxed and calm after using the Sauna, Vitamin C shower, and plunge. I will be back, and will recommend this to others.
