Staff very welcomingThe rooms are absolutely beautiful very welcoming calming soothing spacious and clean love the size of the infrared sauna and the vitamin C shower feels amazing afterwards…love love love eucalyptus facial towels… still trying to get used to the cold plunge love the high-quality Dyson blow dryers

I thought the overall experience was pretty wonderful. The facilities are very clean and the check-in was super easy. We booked a double sauna, and cold plunge, and enjoyed an hour of R&R. We will definitely be back!

Everything. Wish you had one in South Bay. Clean. The cleaning staff were friendly. Gave me extra towels and bags for my wet swim trunks. Great service. Should be a way to tip them. Didn’t like having to submit credit card and home address as a guest. No reason for this level of detail for a guest. Feels like selling my info

I believe her name is Krissy. She was extremely professional. I wasn’t planning on signing up for a membership, but with her calm, and relaxed professional behaviors, and her non pushy behaviors, I changed my mind, and became a member. At first I was planning on signing up for a two times a month membership for 109 dollars or so… but with Krissy’s professional, relaxed laid back, non pushy behavior, I easily decided to sign up for the 4 times a month membership for 169. My 2nd time, another professional worker, young and white worker. I like this place. For both visits, I like how the cold water tub is salt water. I heard salt water cold tub does good things to the body
