The staff were nice, the ambience was very pleasant. I loved the spa music. As a note when we went to the Sandy Springs location I did not like the location vexing under a hotel as someone came in yelling about their booted car in the parking lot right behind the store.

It being my first time I didn’t know what to expect but I kept an open mind. The sauna was intense but definitely working its magic. The shower felt incredible especially because I have severe eczema. The cold plunge was also intense but it was easy to relax once I controlled my breathing.

I like both my frequent locations but this is my favorite sweat houz! Very clean and just the comfy nature. Love the decor and also they give you your whole hour. Everyone was nice. The cold plunge was very clean and my sweat was so so good!

I had a wonderful experience! I especially liked how every thing was is one suite. We had everything we needed. The sauna/ shower and the cold plunge tub as well as large screen TV on the wall with an awesome collection of calming music. After leaving I felt like a million bucks and totally rejuvenated! It was a wonderful experience to have with my daughter Silke!
