It’s so serene and beautiful. It feels like such a luxurious treat to yourself. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. I loved that all the hair drying products were Dyson too. I love that you get your own private suite and that you can share the experience with a friend, which max withstanding the heat and cold so much easier! We had a really nice time and if you can muster up the courage to fully dunk yourself in the cold plunge, the euphoric feeling is unmatched! The staff were also really sweet and personable. Just a great experience all around.

The studio is absolutely gorgeous. I think the only thing that’s better than the facility is the people that help you. I shared the studio information with my friends in LA and I hope they come visit too.
