We recently switched from the Pasadena location to Santa Monica, and the difference has been incredible. The staff at Santa Monica has been so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made our entire experience much more enjoyable. The place was clean, everything was well organized, and we felt genuinely taken care of. Great customer service really makes a difference, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

My first visit to SweatHouz was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the entire experience was seamless. The facility is clean, relaxing, and has such a great atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was Edward!! He went above and beyond in every way. He took the time to explain the benefits of each therapy, walked me through how everything worked, answered every question I had, adjusted the sauna settings to make sure I was comfortable, and checked in throughout my session to make sure I was having the best experience possible. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable he is. He didn't just tell me what to do, he explained the why behind everything, which made me feel confident and excited to try the different recovery therapies. It's rare to come across someone who is both incredibly well-versed in their field and genuinely invested in making sure customers have an amazing experience. Edward's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my first visit. He turned what could have been just another wellness appointment into an experience I'll actually remember. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it's a huge reason I'll be coming back. If you're thinking about trying SweatHouz, do it! And if you have the chance to work with Edward, you're in excellent hands. Thank you for making my first visit such a fantastic experience! I can’t wait to return!
