I had never done contrast therapy and I was a bit skeptical, but the experience was rejuvenating and energizing. The sauna was very hot but detoxifying and the cold plunge was really cold yet felt great and restorative.

We recently switched from the Pasadena location to Santa Monica, and the difference has been incredible. The staff at Santa Monica has been so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made our entire experience much more enjoyable.
