The staff there like Hugh and Edward are super friendly and professional. The facility is clean and quiet. The sauna and cold plunge are at great temperatures (174 and 38 respectively). Great place to meditate and pray to start or end my days.

Everything was great. The staff was informed and kind. The suite was clean and everything worked well. I came principally to try the Ammortal Chamber, and had a powerful experience. I hope you open a location in downtown soon because driving often to the westside for these experiences is limiting.

I thought the staff was lovely, Austin was very welcoming and gave me a great tour. The room itself was clean and I really liked how there is a TV facing the sauna and the ice bath was a great set up and a good temperature. I’m looking forward to trying the red light therapy. My only real complaint is that the products are pretty lackluster - they don’t smell bad but they don’t particularly smell good or like anything, and you don’t really feel like your hair is soft after using.. I got a membership but I will definitely be bringing my own products. That’s a minor thing though and otherwise I was very pleasantly surprised and looking forward to coming regularly

Great facility and setup, the one hour suite with infrared, cold plunge and vit C shower provide great privacy and freedom. Staff is excellent, personable and helpful. Also location work for me really well. Heard that SM recently added the building’s parking garage, that’s good because the parking in the area is atrocious. Excellent and recharging experience
