Love it. Wish I could get there more often. I will be there at least weekly once the Wake Forest location opens. Staff are friendly and efficient, the facility is always very clean and I’m in and out of there like clockwork.

The people at the front, Trevor and a young female woman, were very professional, kind, and accommodating. Despite how busy they were, they took the time to take care of us. I’m definitely coming back!

Josh was great from the moment i walked in the door! The suite was very clean and everything was wonderful. Didn’t know i would have access to watch the game on TV and it made the experience that much better. You guys have a life long member after my first visit!!

Awesome staff! Every time I walk in the door there’s a bunch of smiles waiting for me. The suites are clean and always ready when I arrive. It’s a great place to unplug and focus on me for an hour.

I really enjoyed watching Netflix and sitting in the sauna. Made the experience much more bearable and relaxing. The shower and cold plunge combination is also really cool. That was my first time doing the cold plunge. My only critique was the tub had a lot of hair in the bottom of it.
