I love the setup of this space! There's just enough room for the sauna and the cold-plunge tub, and the ambience around it is great. There's lovely music in the background, low mirrored lighting and a huge countdown sign, so you can keep track of how long you're in either area. The staff is excellent, always friendly and accommodating, and the bays are clean every time we use them.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed everything!! So much that we purchased a package, so yes, we will definitely be returning monthly. The infrared sauna, the vitamin C shower, and the cold plunge were amazing. We walked out feeling like brand new people!!

Customer service is great. Only complaint is that plunges are locked and won't go below 50°. It would be great if some suites offered 40-45° plunges.

Sweathouse Raleigh was a great experience. I was provided with a tour from great staff both before and after my session for my next trip in. Being able to play my own music or stream movies and TV made it feel more relaxing and private.

I really enjoyed being able to bring a guest. I also am a huge fan of the privacy offered and the ability to make experience so personal with the television and being able to connect Bluetooth

The privacy! The soundproof room! The membership pricing!!! The environment!!!! My sleep improved that day! From Saturday until Tuesday I slept well! I will see how much my sleep improves over the next month to confirm my progress! I have been to another place similar to this and this is the best☀️
