The experience overall was incredibly relaxing! From the customer service, the cleanliness of the suite, to the contrast therapy process, the entire experience was phenomenal. My mind was so much clearer after my session, my body was less tense, and I slept like a baby all night!

I loved the experience I had been looking to visit for a few months and finally took the leap and snagged the summer bundle loved everything about it was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. I made sure to have a brutal leg day the day before my visit so I could really get the full experience and help with my recovery.

The contrast therapy was great. Loved the thought put into towels, layout, shower and sauna. The sauna also did a great job of maintaining temp despite exiting/entering.
