I loved the privacy of the room. The infrared sauna was amazing. The cold plunge was perfect. I felt energized for hours afterwards. I was expecting to smell citrus from the Vitamin C shower, and I didn't, but that wasn't so important to me. I'll be back.

I love that the cold plunge and shower are in the same suite as the sauna. I’ve been to other places andd you have to go in different rooms. The tub for cold plunge is very comfortable. The space is very clean. I highly recommend.
