I loved that they were all soooooo friendly and soooo nice. I forgot the names, but one of them had really curly blonde hair and the other one had braided short hair. They soooo amazing. I’m literally addicted and want to go everyday but trying to stick to my 8 passes per month

My first time so it was an experience in itself but it was absolutely amazing! I like the ladies, friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. The private rooms & accommodations were top tier! The amount of time is perfect and booking was very easy. Very welcoming experience & I’ll definitely be back.

The team member who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is very clean and quiet, and the individual room i was in was also very clean. I also appreciated that there was no high pressure sales pitch to purchase a membership after my introductory session.

EVERYTHING! From the people who greet you as you enter, to the benefits / usage walkthrough, to the experience itself… I’ve been to a few cold lunges around Austin and this experience beats all the others and feels so luxurious while also rejuvenating..the getting ready area afterwards is also iconic and something most spas have but are limited to a mirror and bathroom vs a whole vanity to get ready at.. 10:10 already sent to a few of my friends we will be back

It was very clean, staff was super friendly. The sauna was the perfect temperate, as well as the cold plunge. They also have flavored water that’s delicious and so nice to have while you’re in your suite. Will definitely be back

I thought it was amazing. The only thing I wish, was that the pool temp could be dropped to the 40s. Also, I want to be able to listen to my music while the tv is on. Last, a call for service button (like an airplane, would be nice so I don’t have to go in the hallway for help
