I like the saunas and the cold plunge. I think there's a bit of bait and switch because the website shows suites with everything in one room and the red light bed which many locations don't have. The staff was SO nice and engaged. 10/10 for that

The thoughtful touches like cold face cloths and en suite TV that will play meditative music if you want. The en suite shower and even if I forgot my scrunchie, there were extras on hand. On top of all of this, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The facility is great. But was treated horribly by a new employee. And will not be coming back I am giving my notice now. I am shocked I was treated as if I were a bad person for asking if it was ok to just be covered with towel. In private room And I wouldn’t cold plunge because I didn’t have shorts to wear i realize that would be completely inappropriate. I am a happily married man. At 65 I don’t care to be seen nude by anyone that is not Mrs [LAST NAME REMOVED]. But if your policy is to have a private room for sauna and shower and think it’s out of line to sauna with a towel and shower dressed. I was shocked at the man talking to me In that manner and angered by his attitude. I wish you success for it is a great state of the art therapy. And wish your company a great future.but after feeling the way I felt when leaving today You lost this client . I would like to say that the gentleman In charge was very professional and kind to me. I opened my first karate school in 1984 and if someone treated a student like I was treated this morning he would be looking for a new job tomorrow. I hope we can move on from this situation without any more persuasive behavior of me coming back are paying another dollar you may feel is owed to you. Loved the quality room set up with the lighting and tv. Sauna was great and hot. Shower was clean and toiletries were great. Cold plunge was clean and a good temp! Front desk was very helpful!

I don’t remember his name, but the worker there really explained everything well. The front end desk man it was very kind and friendly. My experience was also very neat. I like that you guys have a TV so I’m able to educate myself while enjoying the sauna. I did not try the cold plunge. I will do so next time.
