Very easy and helpful. Made a great difference after just 1 use. A little pricey for my budget so considering “at home” methods but if it were more affordable I’d have a membership yesterday. Highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed the experience and will plan to come visit again in the future! Everything was clean, and there were multiple conveniences such as rubber bands, shower caps, deodorant, towels and even a cold washcloth for the sauna.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I loved the sauna experience and the vitamin c shower! The cold plunge was also a good experience, but I’ll need to get a little braver with that one.
