Janelle and the entire staff yesterday were amazing! As soon as you enter, you are welcomed you are made to feel comfortable and they are happy to answer any questions and accommodate any special needs. I officially joined and look forward to returning tomorrow. Great great experience.

Kiy was very professional and explained the process. I love the fact there's a TV in there makes it easier to zone out and not pay attention to the time. The place is very clean and I'll definitely be back.

Loved the space. It was super clean and had everything I was looking for. But mainly the manager, I believe her name was Janelle, hope I got that right, was so kind and welcoming. More than anything the way she treated me sold me on making that my new sauna and plunge home. I’ve been trying out different places and this was a way better experience in the best way possible. Loved it ❤️

I booked an introductory session for my spouse and me. The accommodations were nice, and the results were still felt 24 hours later. The cold plunge is a work in progress, but we enjoyed it as well.

I love everything, the sauna most of all. Might not do the cold plunge again and just stick with cryo mostly because the water seemed a bit dirty.
