I had an amazing experience, each time I came out relaxed, feeling like a new person. Setup my meditation when I get there and my favorite is the 2.0 location when everything is in the same suite. I was able to get more out of my experience the days I could go in and out of the sauna and cold plunge multiple times.

Literally everything. Super clean and nice facilities. The sauna controls are easy to use. The shower feels great. Kai was the person who helped me and he was incredibly helpful and courteous.

I had such an amazing experience at SweatHouz from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming upon walk in, which instantly set a great vibe for my visit. On top of that, the entire facility is completely spotless. My absolute favorite part was having the private sauna and the shower right there in the exact same room. It makes the whole experience so seamless and relaxing. I also really loved all the thoughtful little touches they provide. They literally thought of everything, including shower caps, hair ties, and even a TV with all the streaming apps ready to go. It was a truly great experience from start to finish and I felt so refreshed afterward. I will definitely be back!
