Relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time which is strange but that’s what I felt. I liked the cold plunge more than I thought I would. Great service from whoever was there alone at the beginning of the day Sunday. She was terrific . Room was very clean

I really thought the private suite was pretty neat. I liked how I could go between the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Therefore it gave me a second chance to do cold plunge for a little longer.
