How refreshing it was! Very relaxing date night with the wife. The sauna was great and pairing that with the shower and cold plunge was perfect. That staff was also very detailed in getting us set up with everything we needed to know,

I am im training for a marathon. I dud a quick dtop in session to treat a strained glute which was taking a but too long to heal on its own. The contrast theraoy is a the perfect way of rejuvenating sore, overused muscles. This session helped me bounce back into my training program. On a side note, I realize this is a new location and kinks need worked out. The sauna door needed adjusted as it would nott close fully and the ice bath was tucked around a corner where I could not see the clock.

First and foremost, the staff was awesome and very helpful explaining the process! It's a great environment and my husband and I plan on making this a monthly thing! You feel invigorated but relaxed afterwards!

The combination of the Sauna and Cold plunge was AMAZING! The shower was also a great way to relax! Love the atmosphere, but most of all it is a great tool for active recovery! Really appreciated the summer promotion that we were able to use! Thank you!
