I can only try to explain how good this experience leaves you feeling when you leave. It is like your mind and body are both recharged and brimming with energy but deeply at peace at the same time. The earth just feels better when I meet it again outside. I crave the sauna and cold plunge now after hard days or long weeks. A 60 minute visit that takes care of my being the way a two week vacation does. Skeptics need to go. Those curious are already late. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

Great experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by a pleasant team member, who provided us with a walkthrough/tour. Our session time was amazing, and the small added details were surprising (hair ties, make up wipes, etc). We ended with signing up for the membership and can’t wait to come back. Thank you all!

I am unsure who the gentlemen that was cleaning the suites was, I regret not asking his name, but as I passed by him he thanked me for coming to SweatHouz and that he hopes I have a wonderful day! This absolutely made my day. I always try to smile at and say hello to whoever is cleaning but this is the first time that someone spoke to me first. It really meant a lot to me!

Erin, the studio manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was relaxing. She gave us cold towels with essential oils of our choice and helped to make sure I was able to connect my music to the blue tooth. She was kind and attentive and made us feel welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend this location and can’t wait to come back!

Alex was absolutely fantastic—so informative, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire visit.
