I like that when making repairs, everyone in the shop is always very honest about what is or isn't needed to achieve a desired outcome. And there's never any pressure whatsoever to do anything beyond what the customer has in mind at that moment. This indicates that you're completely trustworthy and serious about your work, rather than simply trying to maximize profit. I also think that the quality of the work has been consistently good and reasonably priced.
