Oberlin Bike Shop is full of friendly knowledgable people. I purchased my treke bike last year and have been extremely happy with it.The staff was helpful and very patient with me during the process...helping me decide which would be best for my specific needs. Randy and team run a great operation. It's chill, no hard sales techniques, just getttig bikes and related accessories (and repairs) into the hands of people that need them. Quality shop, good selection, and they back up their work. I will always shop here.

This is my third bike I've bought from the Oberlin Bike Shop. What I like is that they are fair and do not pressure you into a purchase. Their service department is top notch as well. The owner, Randy, will spend as much time with you as you need...to answer any questions and to fit the perfect bike for you. It is just a great experience overall...and I will be back when I feel it is necessary for me to graduate to an electric bike!! A+++

Brought my bike in to have some adjustments. The staff were pleasant and the problems with my bike were immediately diagnosed. The adjustments were completed in an efficient manner and the staff worked with me to get my bike sooner because I was from out of town. My bike works great again! Thank you!
