Technicians do change (understandable) & are polite, attentive, and treat our pool, property & equipment very well. Recent concerns: Our day of service seems to be more sporadic than ever before - we can’t determine what day of the week it “should be” anymore. Since Fall 2024 techs seem to not address yellow algae & we’re having more yellow algae than previous 5+ years. Customer service and pool equipment service when needed have always been stellar, A+
