Always on time / schedule and responsive to questions and concerns. For the most part, don't over treat pool with unnecessary chemicals, etc. Pool servicer, Adikan, is friendly and responsive.

9 out of 10 times, I am very pleased with the service provided by the billing, customer service department and technicians who actually service the pool. I would recommend that the technicians put a little more "elbow grease" into their brushing effort. I am nearly 70 years old and put much more effort and strength into brushing the pool walls. I do understand, cleaning a pool is strenuous, though the pool technicians appear to be young and strong. I have noticed on two occasions while the technician is brushing the walls, the water barely moves. We keep our pool clean. the technicians have never had to use a vacuum to clean the bottom of the pool. We look forward to the weeks the pool is serviced as it provides a break for us. Just a little more effort please I am grateful for the detailed post service report.
