I FEEL THE SERVICEMAN KNEW HIS JOB WELL MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS I WAITED ALL DAY FOR HIM TO COME. I DIDN'T KNOW IF HE WAS COMING IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON. AS SOON AS HE GOT HIS ROUTE IN THE MORNING HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND GAVE ME SOME IDEA WHEN HE MIGHT COME. I WAITED ALL DAY AND I FINALLY CALLED AROUND 2 AND WAS TOLD BY YOUR OFFICE THEY WOULD GET A MESSAGE TO HIM. HE DID THEN TEXT ME AND SAID HE WOULD BE THERE IN AN HOUR.
Overall, good service - have had some minor issues with different techs not depositing debris from the skimmers and the Polaris bag into the garbage can provided, but overall, thorough service, and I appreciate the feedback report I receive after each visit
Fast and efficient, very polite. They sent me an estimate so I knew up front. I didn’t have to be there and was invoiced which made things incredibly easy for my work commitments
Listening to me as the customer, making changes (ie bringing back my fav service tech), making good recommendations for maintenance service and always available to answer my questions.
