You do a good job of keeping my pool looking sharp! I wish there would be one person to come every time. It seems like it’s a different one every time.
Scheduling process was a pleasure. Office staff and scheduler were very nice and quickly got me on the schedule. Pool tech seemed like he was experienced and completed a nice clean repair.
Guys - my service call was for my pool light not working - all you have done so far is a $175 service call to look at my pool light and note that it is not working and then noted the make/model # from when you replaced it 4 years ago
I'm waiting for the estimate and install cost at this point
Seems a little pre-mature to ask how you did and would I recommend to another person at this point - so far, so good

So far so good. I do prefer a text or an email letting me know when technician is coming. Im a teacher, and husband works from home so there might be a chance in the summer that we are in the pool and the technician could show up. So, I would like a heads up if possible.
