Guys - my service call was for my pool light not working - all you have done so far is a $175 service call to look at my pool light and note that it is not working and then noted the make/model # from when you replaced it 4 years ago
I'm waiting for the estimate and install cost at this point
Seems a little pre-mature to ask how you did and would I recommend to another person at this point - so far, so good
Thanks-[NAME REMOVED]
So far so good. I do prefer a text or an email letting me know when technician is coming. Im a teacher, and husband works from home so there might be a chance in the summer that we are in the pool and the technician could show up. So, I would like a heads up if possible.
No one returns calls. No one is there to answer calls. I go weeks with issues or questions and never get resolution and I’m a new customer. Soon to be former customer.
The service is above and beyond. Before and after pictures are taken, and every thing done to the pool is entered in every report sent to us after a maintenance visit. Great customer service.
They arrive when they're supposed to and complete their work. We had a long standing problem with the timers for our pump and our Polaris. But they've hung in there, and everything seems to be fine.
The tech that we have now, Will Tole is great. We don't have to be concerned if our pool has been cleaned and vacuumed. He is very thorough and we appreciate his service..
Thank you.
