I appreciate the way my pool looks and feels when we swim in it! One thing you could improve on is the ability to communicate with the repair estimators. We had a visit from our service rep to set up the repairs but when I tried to reach out to them I could never get in touch to ask follow-up questions. The phone number went through the main service line. It was frustrating because I was spending a large amount of money and I wasn't ale to make sure I was receiving everything the estimator quoted me. Other than that...great service!
