Technicians are efficient and friendly. I get a notification when they are on the way and pictures are sent before and after including the chemical numbers and what chemicals were used. The communication is good and they have always done what was agreed to.

They send notice prior if them coming, nice gentlemen that comes to do my pool. The only thing o am a bit confused is when we signed up with the previous company and Swim Pure bought it they were suppose to brush my pool more often then they do.
