I like the staff a lot. Leslie is awesome and the front of the office staff is also great! My daughter would not get into the pool a year ago and now she is visibly comfortable in the water!
The communication between the front office staff and the swimming instructors is top notch! Everyone made my kids feel comfortable and confident about learning how to swim. We were so nervous about lessons with one of our daughters (who is on the spectrum), and they have both been having such a positive experience. They look forward to it every week!
My daughter finds it very helpful to be able to see what her strokes look like under water. She's able to fix her stroke because she understands better where her stroke is off. Her swim instructor said she was able to fix something in 30 minutes that they'd been working on for weeks.
I've enrolled my 8 years old son for the private lesson at Swimlab. He has improved so much with his swimming skills. Coach Lesley is a wonderful, nice, and knowledgable coach!
We've decided that we will enroll him again for next year.
You have a dialed in system that efficiently assesses the swimmer. Instant feedback in the pools via the mirrors and additional assessment from the experienced trainers.
Teachers and staff were excellent. One way to improve the business would be the showers. If you were looking for something to reinvest in with the business, figuring out how to get the water heater for the showers to work faster, or possibly replace the water heater with a tankless water heater if you don't have that already, might be an improvement parents would notice and cause them to recommend others with younger kids more. I noticed someone turn on the water in the shower before they get their child out of the pool to get it going and I'm definitely going to be doing that in the future, too.
