Just wanted to provide constructive feedback. I found it very physically challenging in my first 30 minute session because this is the first time trying to swim in many years so I am probably not your typical client. It would be helpful to know in advance what to expect physically so that I come prepared. Had I known what to expect then I would not have gone for a three mile walk/hike earlier in the day. Thanks.
My toddlers had their first swim lesson yesterday with Ms. Megan and she was PHENOMENAL! My eldest had previously joined the parent and tot classes and did not want to engage/is very reserved but with the lead of her sister they both hopped right in the water and were SO engaged. This just speaks volumes to Ms. Megan’s energy and her ability to instill confidence in even the youngest/newest swimmers. She is truly amazing. Thank you so much!
I appreaciatr the friendliness of the staff and patience of the instructor. I felt welcomed and comfortable despite this being a new experience for me.
The coaches that my son has are excellent, they are patient and gently with him and the are willing to use different approaches during the class to help him understand better and be able to have a more efficient class.
He likes his coach Lesslie, she is amazing with him and makes him feel safe during his class making sure that he completes the excercises.
Also the front desk ladies are so amazing, they are willing to answer any questions and also are really open to hear feedback and help us to make sure my son has the coaches that works better for him.
We are really happy with the services and more because our son loves his swimming classes, thank you!
I like the staff a lot. Leslie is awesome and the front of the office staff is also great! My daughter would not get into the pool a year ago and now she is visibly comfortable in the water!
The communication between the front office staff and the swimming instructors is top notch! Everyone made my kids feel comfortable and confident about learning how to swim. We were so nervous about lessons with one of our daughters (who is on the spectrum), and they have both been having such a positive experience. They look forward to it every week!
My daughter finds it very helpful to be able to see what her strokes look like under water. She's able to fix her stroke because she understands better where her stroke is off. Her swim instructor said she was able to fix something in 30 minutes that they'd been working on for weeks.
I've enrolled my 8 years old son for the private lesson at Swimlab. He has improved so much with his swimming skills. Coach Lesley is a wonderful, nice, and knowledgable coach!
We've decided that we will enroll him again for next year.
