The staff is really good always willing to help. The coach is amazing, she is patient with my kid and always trying to find the way to teach my kid even in the days that he is not very focus.
It was very easy to schedule the first class, all employees were very friendly and informative. I also like the set up and the environment which allow concentration, small groups and fun activities.
I’ve said this before but Ms. Megan is magic! My kids love her and love swimming because of her. She tailors their lessons to their individual levels and motivates them to achieve new goals. We love her! Thank you for giving my kids a love for swimming!
We LOVE swim labs! Every lesson we have with a new instructor, my kids say that instructor is their favorite—so basically they’re all amazing. I love how much progress they make in one 30 minute lesson, and they love how much fun they have. It’s taken the fear out of swimming and turned it into something they really look forward to. I’m so grateful!
From the front desk to the incredible teachers the entire experience is amazing, everyone is so friendly and kind and the patience they have with teaching children is just second to none.
The bathrooms and facilities are always super clean.
My kids learned how to be swim safe at 3 years old in one month and now are learning technique.
Megan has been instrumental in guiding us through the process of having our kids be great swimmers, she is an excellent teacher and makes it so fun they don’t even know they learning a life skill. I must mention coach Leslie as well my kids love both teachers for there patience and kindness and expertise working with children in the pool.
I highly recommend swimlabs to anyone wanting to learn how to swim and even go beyond to learn great technique and wanting to compete at higher levels!
The instructor was nice and class instruction was age appropriate and easy for my 2.5 year old to understand. We came about 2 minutes late, and it would've been nice if there was signage near the side of the pool letting us know we were at the right class, since there was two lessons going on at the same time. Otherwise, my son and I really enjoyed our first class.
Just wanted to provide constructive feedback. I found it very physically challenging in my first 30 minute session because this is the first time trying to swim in many years so I am probably not your typical client. It would be helpful to know in advance what to expect physically so that I come prepared. Had I known what to expect then I would not have gone for a three mile walk/hike earlier in the day. Thanks.
