Trainers are great! Lauren and Vlad are great!! My son enjoys and also have learned a lot for this short period of time thanks to Lauren and Vlad. However the customer service area needs to be improved because the communication is sometimes poor.

Ms. Caron is great at teaching. We have had other teachers at Swimtastic that were not helping my daughter progress due to their hesitancy to redirect normal distraction or to project a sense of authority. She is good at keeping a child's attention, being safe, and providing an abundance of encouragement so that kids can recover from mistakes and want to try again. She is also excellent at providing feedback and tips to parents.
