My daughter has been attending Sylvan Brantford since January 2023. She started with reading. She was 2 grade levels behind. Sylvan helped her catch up to where she needed to be. She has since switched to the math program. She has caught up now in math as well. Not only has sylvan helped academically, but it has been a major confidence boost for my daughter. She feels empowered to complete school work. The other day she completed a math problem and she said “wow mom! Sylvan really works! I did it!”. She was so proud of herself.

You took my granddaughter from a kindergarten reading level to working on grade two reading in 8 months… the school couldn’t get her to grade two level in three school years! Thank you!!!

Sylvan is professional, flexible and very supportive with my daughter who is very shy and easily embarrassed. They take the time to explain things and offer praise and guidance. They have really helped boost my daughter’s confidence in math. They have really helped where the math teacher has failed with educating my daughter.

My daughters have been attending Sylvan of Brantford since 2019 and we are absolutely thrilled with the excellent calibre of education support. Staff are able to respond to ANY academic questions they may have whether it is Math, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English, French...it does not matter the subject area, they are prepared to assist. Both my daughters attend twice weekly and it is the best decision we ever made and you will not regret it either.

Sylvan has provided support to both of our children in various topics which have resulted in more confidence and marks they are both proud of. Additionally, the staff have been most pleasant to work with from a parent perspective. We have and will continue to advocate for others to reach out for support for their children where required.

I’m very happy with the expertise of the people at Sylvan. They assessed my child to be 4 years behind in math, but he is catching up and gaining more confidence. They were able to adapt the teaching method once they learned my child has a learning disability. My child has also made some breakthroughs in math and has teachers that he enjoys interacting with. Today, my child send me a picture of his perfect math test and said “math is too easy”!

Everyone is very accommodating and I’m seeing improvement in my daughter. I like that the program is tailored for her individual needs. I like that any concerns that you may have are validated and they are solved.

We absolutely love Sylvan . Both of my girls actually enjoy going , they are progressing very well. The staff is knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant . We have had an amazing experience thus far .

My sons experience has been good so far. He has always hated school and homework and so far he doesn’t hate going to Sylvan. It’s too early to tell whether the work he is doing there will improve his grades or not but I’m hopeful.
