Instructors are receptive to feedback and input from us. My son doesn't enjoy writing but doesn't mind the tutoring sessions. Also, we particularly appreciated that online tutoring was offered as an option during the shelter in place order.
We haven't yet evaluated his progress but so far are satisfied with the format and instruction style.
