My granddaughter was failing Statistics and since starting tutoring with Sylvan, her grade has improved from an F to an A. She is much more confident in her ability to do well in a Math class for the first time in her school career. She enjoys the sessions with her tutor and the office staff.

Sylvan in Kingsport, TN, is staffed with quality people who care deeply about children and learning and know how to work with all ages. After the initial assessment they set up individualized programs for both children (I took in twins), and several times they incorporated needs I had observed. Both of my girls benefited from their work at Sylvan—their grades at school are now As and Bs—and if they need help again, I’ll take them right back there!

Sylvan has been wonderful for my son! From the moment we contacted Leanna, she has been nothing but professional and very caring toward my 7 year old and has been helping boost his confidence as she and the other teachers are working on increasing his skills. We plan to continue doing Sylvan every summer!

Leanna is an exceptional educator. She works with our schedule and is very accommodating. Weston really likes her and the other tutor. He has improved in the few weeks he has attended and actually really likes going to Sylvan!!!

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Sylvan. She received weekly math tutoring in addition to ACT prep tutoring. An individualized plan was used to assist Samantha in strengthening her weak areas. We are still waiting on her ACT scores but I believe Sylvan gave her the confidence to perform at the best of her abilities on the ACT. Thank you Sylvan!
