I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the way you handled my tutoring situation with my daughter.
I am sure that you have checked her scores (LBVS) but in case you have been busy she went from a 21 to a 24.
Although we both know she could have done way better but since she knew she only needed a 23 she did not fully apply her self. Kids will be kids but I know that she could have gotten a 26 or better if she would have been fully invested in the program. She struggles with paying attention to detail and you guys did point that out to her. While I do understand 3 points is good and probably the average points increase if she would have been invested I think she could have went up 6 points or more.
Enough about her let me tell you what impressed me about the program
1. Your commitment to finding out what my expectations where upon entering the program
2. Your desire to develop a rapport with Destiny
3. The emails to notify me that she was not using the online materials
4. The flexibility of you and the staff
5. The respect that she received by the staff and you
6. The fact that you guys went far and beyond your duties to make sure she was comfortable during the week of the test
Again let me emphasis my gratitude for the quality of service that is being offered at your facility.
I just wanted to let you and the staff know that the hard work is being noticed.
Thanks again and continue to do what is working.

Interactive, very nice and accommodating genuinely care about helping you understand and achieve high scores. They are approachable and can help anyone understand the material they are seeking help with.
They make it known that they actually care about their clients and will do all they can in order to benefit others. Loved that we had a professor. Thank you very much for being so caring and accommodating.

Sylvan is very helpful when it comes to whatever you are struggling on, the teachers there are really good at all ages of the kids that come to get help on whatever they need. Whether it is with the sylvan program or stuff in school you need help on, they will help you in anyway they can to get you were you would like to be and need to be in your schooling.
