So far, we have great experience with Sylvan. Heather helps us reschedule the classes that my child cannot attend, answers my questions promptly. Cathi also explained me very well about my child’s progress during the meeting. The reason of nine stars is that we recently started Sylvan and have not seen the result yet. However, I feel that I can expect a good result by next year, and even think about adding another subject with Sylvan.

My son loves going to Sylvan and is excited about the improvement in his reading scores over the years. He has gone from testing at the 25th percentile in 3rd grade to the 86th percentile in 8th grade.

My granddaughter attends Western High School, and was having trouble understanding the way Algebra 2 was being taught not just her other students were having the same problem, even the Tutor at the school couldn’t help her. During the pandemic all these youngsters were home with the lack of their normal in class teacher’s. Mel’s a smart young lady. Nothing was normal about the whole 2 years, So I reached out to Sylvan and the third Session she understands Algebra 2. Now my home is happy again. Thank you Sylvan.

So far, everything has been good and, most importantly, my daughter enjoys going. The token system seems to work well. Ms. Mitchel has been very organized and the experience has been smooth. Time will tell if the tutoring helps my daughter with her math but so far so good!
