We have enjoyed our experience so far! Everyone is very friendly and professional. They know the kids by name and always greet them with enthusiasm. My daughter has worked with various instructors and has liked all of them. I have seen improvement in her reading (she now reads with expression) and even though it is summer, she doesn't complain about going to tutoring.
