The receptionist is always pleasant will knowledgeable and also so professional. Derek the director who is amazing in his position and from the teacher's who volunteer their time and they're awesome, The Sylvan Learning Center in Vandalia,OH have a good teamwork environment and great place bring your kids who need little extra help in their studies at school.

They are very informative and when you want information on how your child is doing they will let you know. They also give little certificates to the child when they have mastered something.

My daughter (5th Grade) has really struggled this year. Last year she was an honor roll student. This year, she has struggled to keep grades up. Now, after being with Sylvan for just a couple months, her grades are trending up. Even her testing scores! She has more confidence in herself. They helped me so many years ago and now they're helping my daughter. And I thank God for them.

I believe that my daughter is on the path of being on point in with her math and reading skills whereas before we came to sylvan, she was a grade behind in learning and in a matter of months she has been moving forward.

My daughter took the ACT course and improved her score by four points! Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The Center Director, Jacque, explained the practice test and it made so much sense how my daughter could improve. My daughter enjoyed coming to her sessions because the teachers were great!

Everyone at Sylvan Vandalia was fantastic to work with. They understood the urgency of our situation and bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and changes that arose throughout our session. My son worked with multiple tutors and was able to get a lot accomplished in a short time.
